When reading reviews, I see so many times people are not happy because something is defective but state they dont want to return because of the posage. All you have to do is call customer service, tell them your item (whatever it is) is defective, and you will be returning it. You should not be responsible for return postage since item is defective and they will make a note and you will NOT be charged for the return postage. If for some reason you are charged. just call them back and explain you already had a conversation that this item was returned due to a defect and they will immediately credit the postage back to you. This goes for all item. not just home item.. I couldnt find a general discussion board so that is why Im putting this under home talk.
