I live rural and it's very quiet here. Once & awhile I'll hear a neighbor walking their dog or a coyote howl at night.

Inside, I like the same peace. TV is on very little.

Funny because I'll crank up the radio in my vehicle!

Most days I like to listen to music but rarely watch TV.  I like some  low noise going on most of the time, can't take the sound of silence, I guess.

I live right next to a hospital but they usually turn off the sirens when they are this close so we rarely get that. However, there is quite a lot of traffic, especially at shift change times. And we do get the helicoptors coming and going. We live in a gated community so our front street is pretty quiet, when they were still building and the gates were open we had traffic taking a short cut to the hospital through our community.

Within our house we rarely watch TV during the day. Sometimes we used to play the radio on the easy listening channel on Sirrus radio but they eliminated that channel and I haven't found another I want to listen to all day.

When we are at our summer camp it is very peaceful here all week then it gets busy and noisy over the weekends. We often get tired of all the noise and leave here most of the day  when it's busy.
