I was looking to buy some pieces of china and the seller states that unless one requests insurance he will not insure the package. If you get a broken piece, it is your (the buyer's) problem. Really? That doesn't sound right to me. What if he ships broken china to begin with?
Anyway, I was just looking for opinions from some of the seller's as to whether this makes sense. Isn't the seller's job to get to the item in "as described" condition. Shouldn't the seller be responsible?
