I noticed that I had to go to the order process in order to see the shipping on an item I was interested in....I will be rethinking my purchases..I had to send back 3 clothing items this week so for me shopping at an actual store will probably work best for me in the future. I can try on the item and decide then and there if it will work for me. There are some things I like on the Q but I don't like the games they are playing with shipping.

I don't watch like I used to...to many days of all the same programming, I see today is mostly gardening, AGAIN.

I pretty much only watch VPH shows anymore. Too much repetition of overpriced items. Throw in their exorbitant sjipping and it was enough to make me flip the channel!

I ordered a couple of things on Sunday & I think I've only ordered 2 other things so far this year. Most of that is because of my long term unemployment but I have to think really hard to justify any kind of purchase these days but I can tell you that their s & h charges are a real factor these days.

I edited my reply because the charges are showing up again.

I'd like to think that they made the change because of our comments, but I'm not that optimistic. Maybe it was just a temporary glitch.

ITA! The "C" in QVC stands for Convenience. Having to move an item into your cart to see the S&H, while not a huge task, is definitely not convenient.

I was just looking at several items from today's shows - the shipping charges are showing up again now....

I thought I was imagining things when I was looking for it and couldn't find it. lol!

I don't need that irritation, to have to go that far, to figure out the shipping charge. No thank you.

I've posted on other threads regarding this topic...in my opinion, it's very sneaky and disappointing on QVC's part...this is a further deterrent to purchasing here for many ( including many of my friends and family who have jumped ship to buy from other online retailers who offer better prices and shipping on exactly the same items in much of the Q's inventory ). I still shop on the Q because they offer some items I can't find elsewhere and they do have some good prices at times (I especially appreciate LTS pricing). This S&H fiasco is a bad idea though...I'm not sure what they're thinking!
