A few months back I expressed concern with lead too. A kind reader advised H Depot or Lowe’s has kit for testing pottery, etc. I dint have bane available. I live this idea

@Mom2Dogs - I just hate for anyone to be misled and then miss out on things just because someone somewhere posted something negative online. It's always best to get information from the source (as the article does for Pyrex) or at least to consult multiple sources instead of thinking one person who doesn't even have experience or training in a specific area has suddenly stumbled upon a discovery that science and the general public has never considered—that obviously can happen, but it's rare.  Smiley Wink
