Pretty Traditional Dining Room...

A somewhat eclectic understated mix, yet comfortable. I like the herringbone floor pattern too...

I don't hate it, but I don't like it either. If I walked in that room, I definitely would not notice the decor of the room.

@stevieb. I especially like the sideboard with its decor and I really like the clock.

No, thank you.  The color on the wall is blah and I don't care for the furniture.

Re: Pretty Traditional Dining Room...

I'm not a fan. It has an overall heavy feel to the room. The floor is pretty, but not for the room. I like the table and chairs. I think without all the stuff around it's a nice look.

Keep in mind I am a minimalist, so I don't like a lot of stuff around., I especially don't like plants.

I always think a pretty blush pink color (the walls) and cocoa brown (the curtains) is a warm, sophisticated color combo--  love that.  Nice backdrop for the  blue and white chinoiserie, too.

@stevieb  A big NO for me. Starting with that awful light fixture. The flooring isn't bad but the rest of it - no way.

To me, this  room looks like a forgotten room in an old house. It looks stale & somewhat depressing. Some of the accent pieces are nice.

The sideboard appears to Be Sheraton or it may be Duncan Phyfe to match the table.
