Re: Powder Room, Before and After...

I think the first one has been like that for a l-o-n-g time . It looks old and faded. I agree about the sofa print ?? The second one is at least bright and clean looking. I agree with those that said a small room can be a great place for bold. Personally I do not know if I would want to see it every day, but I would admire it as a guest.

A dramatic change for sure. It really brightens up the room, however I think the wallpaper used in the after is too busy for such a small room....It almost over powers the room to me......

I love the after, so bright and clean. The paper is fine, for those who think it is too much, how long are you in there anywBe ahppy with it and enjoy it after all, its YOUR choice.?

Love the redo!! Love that new bright and happy wallpaper! And relax folks, wallpaper is permanent. Plus my thoughts on remodeling is do what makes you happy in your space!! But still love it!!

Re: Powder Room, Before and After...

The before powder room is dreadful and dreary to me (and so it the pink striped walls in the hallway!).

The only think I like about the after is fresh bright wallpaper (if you have to do wallpaper) and the hand towels.

Can't stand the sink base, countertop and the gold or brass fixtures--at all.

I love it!  I'd be happy walking into that room no matter what mood I'd been in, it has an "uplifting" look to it besides being bright and cheery.
