What was wrong with "before"?  I like it the best.

I like the big and bold wallpaper in the after photo, although personally I wouldn't use any wallpaper. The old wallpaper has the little tiny prints that are very old looking IMO. It screams 60s and 70s!

Yep, I'm an old fashioned girl. I much prefer the cozy and quaint before bathroom, although I can see some wear and tear on the cabinet...but we'll just call that the distressed look. Ha!

The after pic makes me dizzy.😵🥴😲

I prefer the "before" as well, but I would replace the towels.

I'm really not sure which photo is "before," and which is "after."

The wallpaper with the huge blue masses makes me feel ill.

I like the changes made, but I would have liked to see the bathroom updated while keeping the old cabinet, sink and faucets.

In other words, a more reasonable update. It's easier to rip every thing out and create a whole new look, but more of a challenge to keep  some of the old and work with it.

The only thing that bothers me is the color of the countertop. Doesn't match anything.

While I think it's nice and bright and fresh, and I do love wallpaper, I think the design on the wallpaper is too big!  If the blossoms were much smaller, it would be a hit!

Re: Powder Room, Before and After...

Love the after. In my home I'd have to change the gold to silver finishes and maybe the countertop color, but as pictured overall is quite lovely. Very bright and welcoming! If you're gonna use wallpaper, a half bath is the place to be bold, whimsical and make a statement!

The before is dreary, dark, horribly outdated (not vintage in any sort of good way) and depressing.

I like the after but the wallpaper is just too much for me.
