Was warm and mild here today and I enjoyed being on the deck, but rain rain rain for tomorrow. 

I'm working on a house that will have a nice enclosed front porch and I plan to put a kitchen table on one side and a little seating area on the other.  

Ductwork goes out there for AC and heat if needed!

UGH...I can only dream of sitting out on our deck. With the forecast of 4-8 inches of snow, horrible cold weather, and my fireplace still going strong..your pictures are making me extremely jealous of your gorgeous surroundings.
