my house was built in the 70's and in this development, popcorn ceilings were the order of the day.

We bought this place in the mid-80's and could barely afford it so we had to wait a while to remodel it. We did so about 20 years ago and the first item on the agenda was to GET RID OF THE POPCORN CEILINGS. 

 

We need to remodel again but can't afford to but at least I don't have to look at that butt-ugly popcorn ceiling.
