I inherited an older Singer model from my MIL. (5525, front load bobbin) The bobbin thread keeps bunching up. I changed the needle, checked the threading, searched online, and still keep getting the tangling.
Perhaps a sewing expert knows of a solution...? My bobbin snaps into place, and I can pull the thread up w/ no problem. A couple of stitches and the jam happens.
Would a drop of oil help? I didn't do that yet.
TIA!! (My project is all cut, pinned & ready to sew!)
