PedicSolutions Isotonic Isoloft Memory Foam Topper

Just wondering if anyone had this Topper H19600 we just bought a new Serta King mattress beck in Feb but it's causing my husband some back pain he said it's to hard we had a Queen 3 in memory foam topper from our old mattress we put on our king bed I never did care for it because it's way too hot for me and it was hard to turn over. I'm hoping this will help with my husbands back pain but yet be cooler for me. I am worried 2 inches will not support his back but we will see. If anyone has this topper I appreciate any feed back.
