My 3 guest bedrooms are painted this way. The walls are a white chocolate and the ceiling is white.

@rms1954 Yes....in my bathroom the beadboard, baseboard and the molding on top of the beadboard is all the same color...in the Master I painted the baseboard and walls the same color.

I think it makes the room look 'taller' especially in my bathroom.

My baseboards and other trim are white.  I am wanting to paint, but when I look at the baseboards, they are dinged.  The wood ones didn't seem to do that.  I am actually thinking of pulling them and going back to wood.

Yes, the window trim, floor moulding and walls are the same color in this house in almost every room.  Just different finishes (the trim is glossier and the walls are eggshell/flat).

My feeling is, if you picked a pretty color, why not use it everywhere?!

No, I thought about it though.  I have beautiful crown moliding throughout my house which is large, about 7500 square feet.  I've been painting every room.  Using Sherwin Williams Accessible Beige on walls and Pure White on ceilings, molding and wainscoting.

No.  All of my base boards are white.

I was told by my handyman that baseboards should always be white and painted in a gloss finish.

I've always used a contracting/coordinating color in semi gloss on the trim.

18 months ago when I repainted my entire townhouse the painter said everyone is doing white semi gloss trim now, so I did that.

I like it.

I used Benjamin Moore 01 White, which is a neutral white that comes from the factory, it's not mixed in the store.
