I asked Valerie Parr Hill on her Facebook page about the wreath that you were wondering about. It is her wreath and this is what she said. Hope this helps.

This wreath will be in one of our fall harvest shows. The shows are 8/28 4-6 pm and 9/5 2-4 pm!
