I was about to give you a shout out. I had been thinking about our orders so went in the site today to see if they had changed the expected dates and saw that the mini snowman with the pine tree is expected on 9/01 but the others are 6/15. Wonder why that one has such a late date. I thought they were all about the same time when I ordered. Hope they don't hold up the whole order just for that one. I am thinking I was told that at one time, they would hold the order till all were in.

Hi JPC: So glad to see both you and Whitelinen around. I haven't been on much lately either. I know how busy life can become. Work Work Work. Ugh! Mother's Day was nice. We had great weather down here and got to BBQ. Whitelinen I hope your Mother's Day was nice too.

Found the W icked Ride piece on Ebay. It arrived last week and it is in perfect shape. My DH happened to see it and ordered it. He's a keeper.

FYI....I got an email today from Skyline. They are having a memorial day sale. I believe it is 10% off all NEW orders. I'm not sure it can be used on preordered items but it might be worth an ask since it is such a LARGE order for me. . Thanks for the heads up on the mini snowman. I actually looked at the site when I got the sale email, but didn;t notice the date changes. It's a good question about holding up the entire order. I don't think they have done that to me in the past. They've just sent separate boxes.

I also think I saw that JS will be on the Q once in June and again in July. I imagine it will have his Americana pieces for 4th of July. I'm sure I'll tune in just to see.

Hope you both have great Memorial Day weekends too. I'm looking forward to 3 days off.

Saying hello to everyone. It has really slowed down here, so it's nice to see everyone check in from time to time.

I just checked my emails for the day, and haven't been sent any Memorial Day deals yet that are spectacular enough to make me want to buy anything. I do plan on buying the set of grandin road candle rings that are on another thread, for Fall/Winter, but still waiting to see what they offer for Memorial Day.

Anyone finding any shopping deals that have been too good for you to pass up?

Hi SHOPR. I agree that it slowed down around here but hopefully everyone will start to check in with each other. I think we went crazy with the spring/Easter decorating so now its sort of slow in that area for the summer. I miss everyone's creative ideas. I actually got some cute new spring things, which is a treat for my "decor challenged" personality.

I haven't seen much in the way of Memorial Day sales either. I'm perfectly happy saving some money this weekend. I treated myself for my upcoming birthday to the Croco Dooney handbag that was a recent TSV. I love the bag but now I have to remember that I have several months of Easy Pay coming. How quickly those are forgotten until the bill comes. . Hope you have a great weekend.

I bet this place gets buzzing real soon with Xmas in July sneaking up on us. Hope you are staying out of trouble and behaving yourself.

I am sure it has been a busy spring for everyone and with the winter we had, it is nice to be able to enjoy some nice weather. I'll bet Rosehill is really busy with her little ones.

I still haven't checked everything out here but have noticed it being real quiet. Hope you have been doing good.

Has mallemo been around much this spring. Hopefully she isn't still getting snow. I know she was still getting it after it had stopped here. I did talk to my DSIL last week and they were getting lots of snow.

I haven't gotten any really good deals lately on home items or stores. I did weaken the other day and bought some quilting fabric that was on sale. I keep telling myself I don't need anymore and will never use all that I have but I just couldn't control myself

If I get some info on some buys I know you can't live without, I will give you a shout out. Hope you and your family have a great Memorial weekend.

What a great guy you have there with ordering the w icked for you. I do think he is a keeper. That makes the piece extra special, doesn't it.????

Oh, I would say if you haven't ordered your pieces yet, I would give it a try for the 10% off, sure wouldn't hurt anything. I ordered my pieces some time ago so I would be out of luck. Sure hope they don't hold anything as I also ordered the Take a Bite witch and want it to put out with my halloween things. Am really anxious to get it all but can't wait to see the witch. If she is half as good as the picture, she is going to be fantastic.

I hope that JS is on during the day and not in the middle of the night. No way I can ever stay awake or wake up to see the show. Still don't know why they do that since his things always sell out. Only thing I can figure out is they don't have that many of each item so when they do sell out, not as many disappointed customers in the middle of the night since I am sure their viewership goes down in those hours.

Hi JPC! Glad to see you back posting. It's been quiet here pretty much except for when VPH has had a show coming up. I guess we all get busy when the weather starts to warm up. We are finally getting some warmers temps and I hope they are here to stay. Have a good holiday weekend!
