Thought this was a fun change of pace from some of the more serious, historical houses I've been finding lately.

The homeowner's house appeared in the GlamPad-- she was the proprietor of a home decor store (lucky!) and used to have quite a different style which she described as "French, shabby chic, white".   Now she's drawn to tropical, color, and "Palm Beach chic".   I get such an anticipation when I see her front door, juxtaposed with that exotic tangerine wallpaper!  By the way, the paint color on the door is "Pink Corsage" by Benjamin Moore.

Not really my personal style, or colors even, but I enjoy her joie de vivre.  You can feel her playfulness in her choices, and her willingness to listen to her own drummer.

What a pretty brass chest, and I like her elephant.  She says she loves to incorporate the animal world, especially flamingos, elephants, cheetahs, peacocks.   Sounds like me but I lean to pheasants, owls and bunnies.  Oh, but of course I love elephants too.

Sort of a trellis wall paper.  Talk about Palm Beach chic!

Her curio is so pretty with the melon background, delicate figurines and shells.

Houses like this, which seem to authentically reflect the owner's specific personality, or well-thought-out "mood", are among my favorites, regardless of style...

I like some of the elements and the overall vibe, but there's something about the home that just somehow misses the mark. Somehow, it doesn't seem pulled together. I like the white campaign dresser.

I like the mixture of colors - the rooms look comforting and comfortable. It's a wonderful cottage-style home with pieces that she apparently loves. I love it too!

@Oznell  I like at least one thing in every room, but in the end the home is just too much for me to even take in.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

I like this but would prefer less pink. The front door is a pretty pink..I don't care for any of the wallpaper. The bedroom is my favorite room.

hmmm, my vision of Palm Beach style doesn't relate too much with these pics.  Most of the style doesn't seem very beachy.  There's some pretty pink & coral colors I like.  But the furnishings, not too much.

The home is filled with the things the homeowner loves.

For that reason, it’s Beautiful!

Not my style.....not enough space, too busy.  But I'm sure the owner is comfy in her home, and that's what matters.
