PAINTED TUBS

I had my bathtub spray-painted white. I was told not to use anything scratchy to clean it. Looking for a good product - have hard water! - to get it sparkly and shining. Have just been using 409, but sometimes it's kinda difficult to removed the water stains. Any recommendations?
