Our cat came home!

I'm in shock and still can't believe he's back! But I'm so happy to be a able to report a happy ending to my thread here! A rain storm came in which I assume drove him home? All I know is that I opened up the door this morning and there he was! He just walked right in like he owned the place and had never been gone lol. Then he start loudly meowing-talking trying to communicate with me. Maybe he wanted to tell me about his adventure? Of course he's been given lots of love and cat treats. Thankfully he had no injuries either. He looks the same as he did when we last saw him. And the collie is thrilled to see him. They've been together since they were babies. ${#emotions_dlg.wub}$

Thanks so much for all your prayers and support. I really never thought we'd see our cat again. You ladies are the best!

Maybe he was gone all night because he met a girlfriend and got lucky

That's wonderful news! I'm sure you were encouraged by all the posts that described how lost pets ultimately made their way home. I would never have thought that there would be so many happy endings to missing-pet stories!

Yes I was encouraged because he was gone for over a week. I didn't think there were so many other happy endings to missing pet stories either! It's wonderful that we can post and encourage each other here.
