Re: One Blue-ish Bath, Two Views

Don't care for any of it.  Don't like glass showers, (I do like the tile), clawfoot tubs or sinks that show plumbing.  Guess I'll have to gut it and start over.  Smiley Happy

Thank you, @lolakimono for posting these rooms for our comments. It is fun to read what everyone thinks.

As for me, I LOVE the simplicity of this bathroom. The only think I would change would be to put the sink in an enclosed cabinet so there would be some hidden storage.

Re: One Blue-ish Bath, Two Views

The bathroom is very clean and bright but my monitor is showing the color of the tub to be gray.  After spending the last couple of years looking at all shapes and sizes of homes, I am personally not liking gray.  It reminds me of all my years working for the Navy... their #1 color ~blech~.  Color affects me.  When we were first married, my kitchen was yellow.  I didn't realize it but wondered why I really didn't like being in there and cooking.  Realized later it was the color yellow!  My most tranquil color is taupe, all shades so that influences what colors I want to live with and be around..

Thanks for sharing.... Woman Happy

I prefer more warmth in my bath and home decorating in general. I dislike sinks with exposed plumbing.

Re: One Blue-ish Bath, Two Views

Odd, because this bath has individual components that I generally like. However I'm not a fan of this room.

I think the sink needs changing out with a nice wood vanity to give the room some warmth and balance. Maybe a brighter color wall too.

This one is a miss for me! My favorite bath you posted remains what I call the "Cayman Shower". If I ever build my dream house, that's the one I am going with Smiley Happy

It's very plain but not unappealing. I don't care for the large expanse of white tile for flooring. The space could use some warming up.

I love the shower, but I would lose the tub and do a big L shaped wood doouble vanity.

The room needs some color.  Don't like anything about the room.

@lolakimono

Very beautiful, love almost all of the design - couple exceptions:  vanity is nice but not practical for most people without any storage & not sure of that ceiling light fixture.  I'd need to see the full view.

Everything else, YES!!!  My colors, plus the neatness & brightness of this bathroom.  Wondering if there's a window in it?

Thank you for posting this.  Have a nice weekend.

Re: One Blue-ish Bath, Two Views

@lolakimono Nope. To me it's more gray than blue. I hate stand alone tubs and I hate a sink with the pipes exposed.
