I've bought the out door bamboo curtains from Brylane Home for out on the deck, and some shears for the bedroom. Both were exactly what I ordered. No complaints.

Blindsdotcom is what I use...I am fairly certain they have roman shades.  You can also get samples of fabric.

I've used Country Curtains for years.  They do have some brick and mortar; but none near me so I've always done either thru catalog (years ago) or now thru on-lne.

I've used Country Curtains as well.  I've been very pleased with the quality.  The customer service is very helpful with questions.
