O/T Ebates or Fat Wallet help please

I noticed that whenever I shop through ebates or fat wallet the more popular or larger stores never seem to post cashback to my accounts. I'm talking about Q, Macy's, JCPenney. Any body else have similiar complaints. I was wondering if it had anything to do with the sign in part of the particular store. Your thoughts are much appreciated. TIA Sis
