The large oak trees in my neighboorhood with the crashing nuts are driving me crazy.

I keep hearing them crashing on the roof.  When will it end ?!?!?

The squirrels have littered my driveway with branches, nuts, & debris from my neighbors’s oak tree. When they finished, my DH will blow all that mess back to my neighbor’s yard. 😉

I know what you mean, we used to have black walnut trees, and what a noise during a windy day !

Lots of walnut trees here.  If they bounce off a car roof they are really nosiest.  Crunch under car tires too.

I’m with ya!! We have tons of 80 ft tall oak trees and the nuts and branches that fall constantly are my nemesis. Worse are the hickory trees that drop golf ball sized nuts with thick shells that never degrade... arghhhh.

Drives me nuts too! We have oak trees around us and there are acorns and little branches everywhere, although the acorns don't last long with all the squirrels. DH and I went to grandson's 7th grade football game last week and parked.....an entire row of oak trees above us.....clunk, clunk, clunk as the wind blew them off the trees and onto the roofs of every car parked in that row!
