love the tile. don't like the choice of the artwork piece, and those couches, i would make either a vibrant orange, or the aqua.

Wow that room confuses me. I love the fireplace and the rug. The rest do not go with that room. It's confusing.

The fireplace area looks like a display in a tile store, one of every design that exists.

I have a feeling that the picture is of a prior residence of the homeowner.

The tiling reminds me of a place we stayed at in Cancun or the steps of the hotel in Westwood CA
