I would remove the drapes, switch out the island lights, and take away the large lamp on the counter. 

The kitchen other than the decor items I would remove is gorgeous...I love it.

I think the vent hood and the light fixtures are too large.

There are some nice aspects to this look. The curtains have to go. I like the look of a lamp on the counter, but that one is too bulky. I also like the pendant lights, but again, they are too big for the space.

Like others, there are elements I'd change. For me, I'm not wild about the drawer pulls and agree with those who find the range hood too commanding a presence. Otherwise, while this probably wouldn't be my dream kitchen, I really like it...

Do not like the chairs, scrap the drapes (do not belong in a kitchen) and scrap the clutter on the counter area in front of window!
