When we got new appliances (changed color), I hated to part with my Whirlpool.
We replaced it with a double oven GE Profile. I really love this one too. We did not get the convection oven on this range. I didn't care for it.
The bigger bottom oven is low, but I rarely use it. I find myself using the little oven 99% of the time.
I love the 5th burner which is a keep warm burner. Be sure it has that option.
That is what we found when we were researching a double range oven for my mother. She wanted induction for the cook top and convection for the oven, but they ended up going with a double wall oven and range since they had to replace their electric water heater with a gas instant water heater, so they went for a gas range.
The reviews always said that they use the smaller oven for most of their baking, like most of us do with the counter top ovens. They only used the larger oven for large things like turkeys and hams.
If I was the OP, I would go for a double oven induction, but they are around 3K. I like the safety that the induction offers, loads less energy usage, and heats up so much quicker. First I think you will need to set your price range, that will tell you what kind you will get as induction is a bit more than gas/electric. Then look at the size of your spot and take you measurements with you while hunting. This is the other very limiting aspect of looking for large appliances. Then decide on your cook top, gas, electric, induction, and then oven, gas, convection, or electric. Finish comes last.
Good luck with your hunting!

We bought a Bosch wall oven to replace a really old micro/oven combo that was in the wall. I LOVE this oven. This one is electric with a sealed bottom (easy to clean) and there are many default selections - oven, convection, proof, pizza, etc. Why did I settle on this one? For the dumb, simple reason that it has DIALS instead of being completely touch panel (although there are also touch selections too).
Our cooktop replacement is on hold but we have done some searching. The reviews on Bosch cooktops are not good (we want gas). We like a GE model but the US made one that we want will probably be gone by the time we can continue our project.
A note on induction cooktops - some pans won't work on them. The new ones I bought are not compatible.

We had to replace our electric stove a few months ago. Went with a higher end Kenmore, that was made by Electrolux.
We have the convection oven feature. I didn't think I would like it, but I LOVE it, especially for roasting/baking meats. The meat is so moist and tender.
I don't do as much baking of cakes and cookies, like I used to. But, what I have done has come out very nicely also.
