Has anyone ever made one of those duct tape dress forms of yourself, and then used it to make your own clothes/patterns?

Believe it or not I made one for sizing sweaters while knitting, not a DIY
and it did look my torso.

Just google it.
It's just an easy, inexpensive way to make your own exact dress form.....

There are plenty of tutorials out there, by now there must be a Youtube as well.

I haven't done it ~ yet ~ but I'm thinking about it!
I was just wondering if someone else had done it and how satisfied they were with the finished garment.
