Our villa is called a "Florida style". Really no other name for this style home that I'm aware of.

The description of the new lights sounds very nice. It seems the neighbor issues have improved so things really have worked out. I know you want to paint your interior: get some estimates because the cost might be less than you expect. Our painter used high quality Sherwin-Williams paint and the total house was $500 less than I had budgeted for the project.
