I found a  throw that I love.  It has all my living and dining room colors in it. Those rooms are what they used to call a "great room" and very wide open with wood vaulted ceiling.

I love throws.  I even sometimes use them on my dining room table to break up all the wood at that end of the room.  They seem to have more presence then a tablecloth or runner and more body to them. There are 3 other places in that room  I could use it so I'm excited to get it. I'm kind of a bookworm so when I saw this ....I had to have it!!!

Love the colors!  Sort of muted.  And yellow.....

I use a very old, wool, twin, Welsh double-weave as my throw.  Leftover from a kid.  Nice and warm.

Check the mills out, they also do table runners.  Mom had one.
