New Home Reflections Porcelain Pumpkins

H205567 - Set of 3 Porcelain Pumpkins are up.  They look a lot like the style of the Kringle Express Bells.  The description doesn't mention a timer, but in the photo that shows the bottom of the pumpkins, you can see it says "Timer," so I think there must be one.  I'm excited about these!

Re: New Home Reflections Porcelain Pumpkins

Well, here we go again. I have many many bells coming this week for gifts; hands-down, the item of the season for me so far.  Now these beautiful pumpkins appear;  they can't even be ordered yet :/  I am curious as to the colored  glitter, I would love the silver and/or the orange.  Thanks a lot Peter for re-energizing my obsession all over again, lol.

I'm the Enabler!  That's my superhero name!  Here's one thing to consider that may or may not deter your interest in these.  I find it hard to believe that those long stems will light up.  It might be that the body of the pumpkins light up at night, but the stems just lay there like a dead appendage.  I'm thinking about the presentation of the Kringle Express Porcelain animals (H203214).  The new Swan choice has a long neck which doesn't light up, and it looked kind of lame when I saw the live presentation.  Poor distribution of light is one of my pet peeves when it comes to lit items, so I'm not going to get too worked up over these until I see the presentation.

@PeterDM thanks for posting about these. I saw them in the new arrivals section -- of course they are listed as "sold out" so they can't actually be purchased yet.  I kind of like these - although I don't need any more harvest decor and swore that if I do buy, it would buy from vendors than QVC that offer free shipping & discounts.

good point, too, about how much of them light up?  I am not a fan of dark spots in illuminated items either.

I'm not sure why they list them if you can't buy them.  Always seemed like a stupid thing to do.

I wonder if they will have that pretty white/ivory option? I only see choices of orange, silver and gold but yet the pics are in ivory... These are really pretty....

Thank you, Peter.  They are reminiscent of VPH - they're "illuminated."

I don't know Peter but the light looks pretty good to me based on this pic.  I am also guessing the color choices are the glitter with the white porcelain?  I am sold on the silver!

This would have to be the silver, right?  The glitter appears more white to my eyes...

Those are so very pretty.  Hope that they look that nice when they are presented.  Thanks for the heads up.

These have nice shapes.  I admit that after the bells, I'm wanting to see more of a detailed landscape type image revealed in the all of the glowing porcelain items.

It's nice to see a different material used in the pumpkins from QVC, other than the more common resin and mercury glass.
