Having just moved into a condo I have many of those plastic, zippered bags that pillows, comforters, etc. come in. I hate throwing them out and am sure they would be useful for something. Aside from storing off season clothing, do you use these bags for anything?
Any ideas would be appreciated! TIA!!!

I save them for storing my winter bedding in the summer and for disposing of an occasional soiled pillow.

I use them for storing my blankets.
I also use them when travelling. Either I pack my shoes in them or use them to put my dirty clothes in to seperate them from my sort of clean clothes in the suitcase.

I put a complete change of lines and an extra pillow in them and store them in the top of the closet in each room of the house (like they do at hotels). This way it is so easy to grab a fresh set if unexpected company comes. This also helps in my linen closet because the full/queen/king sheets are all sorted out.

I find them useful for storing lightweight, unbreakable holiday decorations, too. It keeps things like baubles together even within a larger storage container. They are great for craft organization, too...yarn, fabric, silk florals, etc.

I use them for all kinds of stuff.
I use the smaller ones when we travel. I put a change of clothes in them plus pjs & flip flops & put in a Vera Bradley bag to take in the room. That way we don't have to lug all our stuff to the room or go thru everything looking for what we need.

I use them to store out of season clothes under the bed, storing blankets and other linens. I can always use more than I have.

I have a lot of microfiber towels that I use for cleaning, many Supercloths and Bio cleaner cloths, and I fold them up and store them in these types of zippered bags. Keeps them neat, organized clean and easy to see exactly what is where when you want to grab one.
I've used them to store stuffed animals in when my son was little, in the closet as we rotated the toys and books on a regular basis, kept them clean and organized when not in use.
I've kept one in my car with a blanket in it and some other things should I get stranded in the snow during a storm (extra hat, mittens, socks, a few granola bars, and even a change of clothing should I get wet when stranded). Can be easily grabbed if you have to leave your car, and stay somewhere like a hotel, or friend's house, or even if stranded at work or a store on the way home.
Seasonal textiles like holiday throws and throw pillows, tree skirt, keeps them clean and together in one place.
Small ones, like the ones curtains come in make easy travel kits for your hygeine products inside the suitcase, instead of another bag to carry and pack.

OH and if you have little ones that visit, the smaller ones done up with a book, toy, stuffed animal, small blankie, tablet and colored pencils or crayons, etc. and stored in the car or closet make a quick grab item to keep kids occupied in the car or while the adults visit if you get company.

All great ideas!
We have a pool. I save them for guests to take home their damp bathing suits/towels in.
Also take them on vac for the same reason. While on vac even though you dry them completely, bathing suits can have an odor...salt from the water, chemicals from the pool. Don't want the odor transferring in my luggage!
I have also used them for sandals that seem to hang onto sand no matter how many times you whack them!
When I travel, I take my own washcloths. I wear a lot of makeup and don't want to ruin a hosts' (or hotels') washcloths. I take the dirty ones home in a zip bag.
