Re: Need help making a scrapbook

You can make your scrapbook any way you please! If you want to get fancy and creative, there are aisles of scrapbooking ideas and supplies in your local craft store, scrapbooking books in your library, bookstores, and online, and probably scrapbooking clubs and classes in your area. Or your friend the scrapbooker might be willing to help you or even to do the project for you if you're willing to pay her. On the other hand, there's absolutely nothing wrong with putting together a simple book of photos if that's all you really need and want. Your friend is a scrapbooker and "likes it fancy". You don't have to follow suit unless you want to.

Re: Need help making a scrapbook

I would highly recommend Project Life. Lisa Bearnson, who created the magazine Creating Keepsakes, sells this on HSN. I just saw in at Michaels and have seen it at Hobby Lobby. Basically, it's placing pictures in multiple little pockets to make a page and with this kit comes all the embellishments you need. You can make it any way you want. Many avid scrapbookers use this to play catch up and/or to make a fast and easy scrapbook. It's all great for someone who doesn't scrapbook. Again, highly recommend. Go to HSN.com and check it out. Good luck!

Heading to Hobby Lobby tomorrow, and if I can't find it there, will go to HSN.
