Need Help VPH Gingerbread House

Good morning, I am looking for advice. I purchased the red house and then later noticed the white house and the brown were available. I receieved the white one, so cute, but had a tear on the back. Obvious return sent to me by the way it was packed. The lighting works so I called CS and they refunded the $13.00 shipping for both houses, one was half price as I ordered them at the same time. Then yesterday the brown house arrived. Obvious return, even the instructions were missing. The front door is crooked and along with the trees. I have placed a gingerbread man in front, covering the door opening and you cannot see the obvious defects.The lights function normally. I wish QVC would not send out defective returns. My question is, should I call CS again to try and get some more in credits or should I return this item? I am disappointed, but afraid the brown house will not be back.
