Need Flameless Tealight Recommendation Please

My cousin is looking for a very reliable brand of flameless tealights. I gave her the item number for the Candle Impressions brand that QVC sells, but the feedback isn't all that great.

Can anyone recommend a really good brand? She could either pick them up at a local chain store or order them online.
