Re: My nostalgia for my foyer

[ Edited ]

ADDENDUM:  This is not my foyer but I have those exact elements in the foyer except the vase sits on a stack of old Readers Digest bound books, 3 (I think). I have a black lamp but it's a tole lamp.  That's the only difference.  I thought this looked so much like my foyer and the chest I have is an old oak chest from my grandmother.  so, it's very much like what I have.

That is a little corner of nostalgia. It’s warm and inviting with a touch of whimsy.

This book would go perfectly, imo, next to your nostalgic typewriter. Good book, vpfast read and sweetly written. IMG_0693.jpeg

Re: My nostalgia for my foyer

@Nonametoday   I'm sure it's lovely.  I have an old, old oak sewing machine cabinet in my foyer.  Ready to start my fall decorating on it.  My Valerie pumpkins would be adorable there but I want to see them nightly, so they will be in the living room.

I love the idea of the vintage typewriter!
