The fall colors are really dull and muted this year in MA.  We had such a warm, dry summer that it's like they're all going directly from green to brown.  There are a few random trees with a nice color but that's it.  Very disappointing!  I love driving around enjoying the foliage and was especially looking forward to it this year, but it's not worth wasting the gas.

Very pretty.  I have a tree just outside my windows.  The leaves turn an orange red and are so beautiful.  However, the leaves are falling fast.

We here in upper Michigan are having one heck of a Fall color season! It is spectacular! Colors are so vibrant! I've taken so many pictures! It'll be all over in a mere two weeks though. Then the long, hard, cold winter sets in.

My goodness, what beautiful scenic photos and areas.

As far as I know, we don't have anything like that around here.

I'll have to web search outlying areas.  (Is 'outlying' a word?)

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).
