Mosaic Lamp

In the new Ethan Allen catalog I received, Hot New Looks from Our Modern Lifestyle" on page 24, there is a beautiful lamp. It costs $499.

Do any of you know where I could find a more reasonable option? I want our home to look wonderful, however, we have three young children and I don't want to have that "museum" mentality - "Don't go in there." or live in fear of them bumping into a table, etc.

It is a work in progress. We have almost no overhead lighting, so I look for table lamps to help us out.
