Thanks for the photos.  I like modern minimalism.  Too much stuff has always bothered me.  Of course, too much is in the eye of the beholder.

To me it says 1950's Cold War Decor.

Also, having an atrium in your house used to be a thing.  Turns out most of them were very bad ideas.

Nice, but I'd add vibrant color.

No to modern.  Yes to minimal.

I like the last 4 the best, especially the one that has the pictures with red on the wall.

I am not a fan of pink in any room unless it's in a floral arrangement.

The one with the atrium is a beautiful background.

Thank you, they were fun to look at!

Sure wouldn't be comforting to come home to the after a hard day at work.  Boring and uncomfortable.  I would need soft comfortable furniture, pretty things to look at and a feeling of warmth, not this stark cold feeling.  I sure couldn't be a minimalist and I guess I'm not very modern.

Not really my style. I prefer more color and warmth in my home. I kind of like the one with the all the windows and greenery outside, but I would still need to enhance it to make it more my style.

This would suit me fine for my bedroom.

@jubilant  I love all your posts and the time you take to find these pictures. Much appreciated.Smiley Happy

This home looks like an office building to me. Some rooms also look like a doctors waiting room. lol. I guess it's because I am very far from a minimalist. I like to be surrounded by color and my "stuff". Just too cold and sterile.

I can appreciate these "minimalist"looks now like never before.

My house has plenty of "things" that I cannot part with. Each item is a reminder of my life or my family history and tells a story.

I have given small collections I had to friends I knew would enjoy them. I also have gotten rid of clothing w/o a problem.

But to eliminate any of the items I have now would be like ripping out the pages of my memory book.

So, as I get older and older, I wonder what will become  of them all.

Probably thrown out like old newspapers.

Now I wish I had never saved all these momentos, that now matter too much.

So that's why I now appreciate the simple look.
