There isn't anything about this kitchen that resonates in a good way with me. It's not dreadful by any means, but it's nothing special either. It seems to be roomy, well appointed and very bland. The ceiling accent does nothing to mitigate the overall lack of appeal,

It looks like it matches out with the window framing and a vertical area by right corner.  Not impressed and do not like the ceiling fixtures either....boring kitchen!

I don't think it adds any appeal to the kitchen. It looks like they were trying to camouflage one of those dropped fluorescent light fixtures from the 1980's; but I'm sure they weren't.

It's OK but if you're going to do it, I'd rather have the whole ceiling with the tin tile.  I LOVE the hanging light fixtures!!!

I like it. The stark white is a bit too much contrast, imo.
