I think I'd keep wanting to clean it!

I don't feel metal ceilings create much warmth (Not temperature, just

esthetics).

It's not really bad at all, but I do have a couple of preferences.  First, if going to have a tin or other metal ceiling, would like it to be the whole ceiling.  This small island of metal looks sort of "mingy" to me.

 

Second, I do give them props for trying to repeat the coppery, bronzey colors elsewhere in the kitchen, but I think they would need to do more of that to integrate that lonely patch of metal.  Also, the kitchen is a bit too "polar white" to really look compatible with that metal color.

 

A bit 'warmer' paint color would help a lot!

I do like the metal ceiling but not the lamps hanging from it.

I like it.  You know me and large dangling light fixtures, lol.  They gotta go.
