Memory Foam Mattress

It's time for a new mattress! I am strongly leaning toward the termperature sensitive memory foam mattress type. I would like some feedback on this type of mattress. Brand, comfort, durability, etc. Also, do I need a special base to put under it? All opinions are welcome! Thanks!
