Medium-sized towels

[ Edited ]

While in Wal-Mart this morning for something else, I thought I'd pop over to the towel section because some of mine need replacing. I have plenty of bath towels but what is always hard for me to find are the medium-sized ones.  This was the case again this morning. All of their lines had a facecloth and a bath towel (and sometimes a larger bath sheet) but the only thing in between was what they call a hand towel which is pretty small. My mother used to always pick up medium-sized towels for me when she came across a sale (I was raising four boys and could never have too many towels) but I just don't see these anymore. I find that size ideal for wrapping around my head after washing my hair, where a bath towel would be too big. Does anyone know where they sell decent medium-sized towels? TIA

I have found medium size towels in the "kitchen department".    I also use that size for my hair.

@Texasmouse

I recently bought some very nice ones at Costco. They are a must have in my home.

It is really hard to find them and I also use those for my hair towel. I like a medium size towel that is thinner so I can easily wrap my hair up. I did find some at Kohls' but they only had two and they were not quite thin enough.

I'm sure you can find them on Overstock.

@Texasmouse

I just checked costco's on-line site. Grandeur Hospitality 100% Cotton Hand towels - 12 for $15.99. They're 16"x30" - sounds like a medium-sized towel.
