'Medicine Cabinet' ?

We are remodeling our master bath, and the last time we did this we were talked out of getting the medicine cabinet-type mirror and instead have the very large contractor's mirror. Frankly, the top of my vanity has suffered for it.

Now I see more vessel sinks, vanities have stand alone mirrors (usually two, one over each sink) and I was just wondering if anyone has had any luck finding something at least a little 'modern' looking medicine cabinent (is there even another word for it?) that help with the daily clutter.

A friend mentioned a set-in cabinet in the side wall, but our electrical doesn't allow that to work. Ideas/thoughts? Appreciate any feedback,
