They are my favorite kind of day.  I put on a cozy sweater, make soup, enjoy some coffee, and watch the rain fall.

Weird or not, I like those cozy, dark days, but, then again, I live in the Sunshine state, & get tired of the never-ending sun! And now we'll have that extra hour of daylight when others are turning their clocks back!

I love cool, rainy days....with my book, a nap, chili or veggie soup in the slow cooker! We're still pretty warm where I am and too humid, so we haven't had a break from this too-hot summer. I'm ready for cooler fall weather - just don't look forward to what follows after that! At least we finally had some rain this week and we've welcomed the cloudy days!

@SahmIam, I wish I could heart this a 1000x!  My family thinks I'm nuts because I love stormy, cool/cold cloudy days and always have.  Summer depresses me and I am counting the days until it's over, lol!

Here in the Sunbelt, we so rarely get an overcast day that it's a rare treat.  It never rains here all day.  We get showers or thunderstorms then it clears.

@nomar  Yes, I agree with you.  Sometimes I welcome a change.  A rainy day so I can stay in and get chores done or just sit around and read, watch tv.  I love the change of seasons as it makes life more interesting.

Put me in my recliner with a throw over me, a good book to read and I am content !

I cannot find relief in hot humid weather, even in an air conditioned room.  I always feel motivated on cool days and sleep very well!

I enjoy rainy days occasionally, but not too many in a row of them.
