Help, I need a new mattress.  I want Queen, soft plush not memory foam.  Any ideas?

Check out the Saatva site, I have the Classic, queen in soft plush, I love it. There's various mattresses to choose from.

@matty liz  Go to your local mattress or a retail outlet that sells mattresses & test them out yourself in person.

We have a Sleep Number king sized bed and it's loved.  Can make it as firm or soft as we want.

I suggest also going to a mattress store and looking in person to find exactly what you want.  There's so many in which to choose.

Good luck!

I just got a Consumer Reports magazine, and they rated mattresses. Since I wasn't in need of one, I didn't scrutinize the results, but you might want to get a copy - libraries should have it too.

We have a Sleep Number adjustable, great for DH's acid reflux. It's nice to be able to set each side of the be to a  different firmness. We're having an issue with it, my side is losing air quickly so we have to refill it every few days. . . there is no one here in our town to check and repair it.

I bought my second Saavta in December. Queen luxury firm. Very comfortable bed. Best mattress I have ever owned and I am 71. Expensive but worth it. I highly recommend this brand.

@We rescue cats

We had a problem with losing air in our Sleep Number several years ago.  These beds have a long warranty.  Called Sleep Number (not in our area) and told them the problem, and the company sent us a brand new mattress.  (Two mattresses as it's a split king.)  Has to be the main company to call, not a store that's freestanding or located inside a mall.

Got it hooked up and it was like new.  Received within about a week of calling.

So glad I called as really had nothing to lose.  Might consider calling the compay and see what they say.
