I have had problems with my Luminara candles. They eventually stopped working! Yes, they R 2 expensive for this to happen.

I called Luminara, not the online store but the B&M store and emailed them. They were very nice and sent me a replacement. This was after having these flameless candles for 3-4 years. No charge. Email customer service at Luminara. Google is your friend. Good luckSmiley Happy

I've had my Luminara window candles almost 2 years. No problem with them at all. I usually have to change the batteries about every 4 months, which I don't think is terrible. I always use Duracell batteries in them.

Would love to have some different styles to use in other areas of the house but I'm on a fixed income and they are rather pricy. I'll add more when I can as I think they're lovely.

I have several Luminara candles, especially the Glitter ones, and they all have been working great for some time now. However, I do notice that sometimes when I change the batteries, for some reason, even though I turn them off when I replace batteries, and then restart the timer function at appropriate time, they sometimes get off sinc and I have to redo the timer function next day when I notice they are off. Then they work like a charm again. Love them.

I would not have accepted QVC's answer to you. I would have boxed them up and shipped them back anyway !
