Is this stove on the market? I mean, can somebody buy it today? It looks brand new. I'd build my house around it. (if I was building a house).

You might want to check out the AGA AER7783WGDAR that's on the market now at the oh so reasonable list price of just $53+ thousand dollars. (Though you can often find it for $40+ thousand.)
