@PhillyGirl23 hang in there you have a right to your opinion. You need a suit of armour to post on this board at times.

The rest of you a simple I disagree I like them would do. No need for the attack.

@manny2

if only this was an innocent opinion thread

it's not,  it's a baiter for drama

Does that mean you fell for the bait?  Or do you read minds? You're assuming a lot from the post. It's not a big deal. OP is entitled to her opinion too.

You sound very upset about the post. Does it affect you? Nope. Relax. Breathe. Q isn't going under with one post. You can still love them and support them.

I was watching the presentation at midnight of the TSV and other Bethlehem Lights items. Those little wreaths are the junkiest things I have ever seen. They look like bargain bin dollar store merchandise. It's really appalling. I would NEVER get on TV and try to sell cheap, overpriced, ****** like this. This company should be ashamed of itself..

In addition, the VPH merchandise looks awful, too. You could likely find very similar things at Michael's for 1/2 the price. What happened to her line? It used to be somewhat decent. Now, everything is glittery and cheap.

YUCK!!!

QVC has gone downhill very quickly!

MOST of VPH's merchandise is OVERPRICED, made-in-China JUNK. A LOT of it  looks GAUDY and TACKY.  Better QUALITY merchandise can be found ELSEWHERE.

Although I think the OP could have been a bit more diplomatic, I agree with the posters who say she is entitled to her opinion.  I don't really see where she has attacked anyone.       I know what I like, I decorate accordingly, and if it's not someone else's cup of tea, so be it.  It's just an opinion.

I work part time at Home Goods, and have bought many items over lunch breaks and after my shift.  Lots of customers tell me that they couldn't work there because they'd spend their entire paycheck.  But the truth is I'm fairly picky about what I buy, and I'm not really into lots of nicknacks.  I also gravitate towards items that I think are better made.  I like the fact that we sell a little something for everyone.  Everyone has different tastes and different needs.

Many customers come through my register with items I would never buy.  They probably wouldn't want the things I pick out.  Isn't that what makes the world go round?    The other day, I had a grandmother come through with her granddaughter.  The little girl had picked out her Halloween costume, and a couple of fall themed gnomes.  I am not even remotely into gnomes, and maybe this grandmother wasn't either.  But that little girl, who was probably 6 or 7, was so excited she could barely contain herself.  Her smile was a mile wide.  It really was heartwarming.

Some posts might seem innocent enough but the "tone" conveys so much more. Trying not to buy into an argument with people who do this really is better for you and for them....If you choose to.... be careful....they will always turn it back on you. You need to be a person who can handle it.
