On 2/25/2015 SHOPR said:I'm surprised that I haven't had nightmares about those angels. I grew up in the suburbs of Scranton, PA. When I was a kid, there was a Catholic Church in Scranton that had a small grotto next to the church that housed a life-sized, stone statue of Mary with her arms outstretched. During the day, it looked very lovely. At night, however, things changed. I don't know whose brilliant idea it was, but poor Mary was eventually equipped with a neon blue halo light that lit up the entire grotto and probably killed Mosquitos within a few hundred feet. I always thought it was so tacky and borderline sacreligious. My friend nicknamed her "Las Vegas Mary," so that's where I came up with the "Las Vegas Angels" label.I see that the Vegas angels made an appearance just for you, Peter.
I'm afraid the name you gave them has stuck in my head.

The ceramic hurricane is nice but a lot of us already have it.
I was so hoping for new items.
