Has anyone had any experiences good or bad using  Legacy Box for digitizing your pictures?

I used them several years ago, I think I had purchased a a kit thru either qvc or hsn at the time.  Several boxes of old family movie reels from holidays, vacations, dance recitals, etc. I recall it took longer than expected to get the final product, but overall very happy with service.  I still have 3 more boxes full of movie reels, so it's just been finding extra money in the budget.  As for the slides, I found a small Kodak brand digital film scanner so I did the slides myself, it was a bit time consuming but would rather spend the money on getting the movie reels converted.
