Led Bethlehem Christmas Tree String Of Lights Out

I wrote qvc about a string of lights out on our Led Bethlehem lights Christmas tree and yes we have the round foot peddle on this tree that customers are having problems with all they said sorry it is passed the 30 day return policy. It's a lot of money we paid for this tree and it only lasted 1 year.

We have the tree up but the lights are not on who wants a Christmas tree with lights out at the bottom I never thought a expensive tree like this would only last a year and lights go out. I will dump this tree after Christmas and go to Lowe's Target or Home Depot I think I get better service from a local business.
